Refund & Returns Policy – MOSSEA

Because MOSSEA sells handmade, made‑to‑order press‑on nails, our refund and return rules are slightly stricter than for mass‑produced items. Please read carefully before ordering.

1. General Policy

  • Most MOSSEA items are handmade and made to your selected sizes, so we do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong size

    • Slight variations in color or design from photos

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge this policy.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within hours of purchase if production has not yet started.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at [your support email] with your order number.

  • After hours or once we start working on your set, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable (except in case of defect):

  • Used or opened press‑on nail sets

  • Nail glue, adhesive tabs, and nail prep products

  • Sale, clearance or “final sale” items

4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received

If there is an issue with your order, we want to fix it quickly.

  • Contact us within [3–5] days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

  • If we confirm that the product is defective, damaged in production, or you received the wrong item, we will:

    • Offer a replacement set, or

    • Offer store credit or a refund, at our discretion.

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect application, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your parcel, please first check with neighbors, building security, or your local post office.

  • We are not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered, but we will try to support you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

  • In cases where the carrier confirms loss before delivery, we may offer a replacement rather than a refund, depending on the situation and shipping method used.

6. Returns Process (if a return is approved)

  • If a physical return is required, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unworn and in their original packaging

    • Returned within [7–14] days of approval

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm if your refund, store credit, or replacement is approved.

  • Shipping costs are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Exchanges for Size

  • Because our sets are handmade to the sizes you provide, we usually cannot offer free exchanges for incorrect sizing.

  • In some cases, we may offer a discounted remake if the size error is minor. Please contact us and include photos of how the nails fit.
